Licensed in both California and Illinois, I work with individuals who find themselves carrying quiet expectations about how life is “supposed” to look. When reality doesn’t match that ideal, it can lead to feelings of shame, self-doubt, or a sense of being stuck. I believe these experiences are far more common than we’re often led to believe.

For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, major life transitions, relationship concerns, and codependency. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, clarifying values, and creating space for meaningful change—at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

Approach

My approach is holistic and strength-based, taking into account both the cognitive and physical aspects of the human experience. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I aim to create a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for everyday life. My goal is to equip clients with the skills, language, and confidence to advocate for themselves, strengthen relationships, and move toward lives that feel more authentic, empowered, and aligned with their values.
