I believe that many of us carry silent expectations about how life is “supposed” to look — and when our reality doesn’t match that ideal, it can lead to feelings of shame and self-doubt. In my work, I help normalize those feelings and shift the focus toward what can be nurtured and changed. Together, we explore your goals and values so you can take intentional steps toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
For the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, trauma, relationship concerns, and codependency. My background includes extensive training in trauma-based therapies and supporting individuals in crisis.
My approach is holistic and strength-based, taking into account both the cognitive and physical aspects of the human experience. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to equip clients with the skills, language, and confidence to advocate for themselves and create more empowered, meaningful lives.
